About this role
Thoughtwave Software and Solutions, a US-based IT and data consulting firm, is hiring a remote Senior BI Analyst with hands-on Timbr semantic-layer experience to build and support Power BI dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop semantic data models using Timbr
- Use Timbr for data virtualisation and business-friendly data access
- Build, optimise and support Power BI dashboards and reports
- Develop and maintain BI datasets and semantic layers
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers and analysts
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Timbr: semantic data modeling, data virtualization, dashboard and analytics support
- Power BI proficiency
