About this role
Lean IT Corp is hiring a remote Power BI / Analytics SME (5-8 years) in India, working mainly IST hours across AMEA time zones, to support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation and self-service analytics programme.
Responsibilities
- Tune DAX, optimise semantic models and fix reports
- Migrate and repoint reports from legacy SAP to S/4HANA data sources
- Run Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx training and enablement sessions
- Build the analytics community and drive user adoption across AMEA
- Manage stakeholders and write documentation
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience
- Strong Power BI expertise, including DAX tuning and semantic model optimisation
- Experience with Tableau or Alteryx
- Hands-on exposure to SAP data sources and S/4HANA
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently as a self-sufficient SME
- Plus: GCP and experience in FMCG / consumer goods or large ERP transformations
- Remote from India, mainly IST hours supporting AMEA time zones
