Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze and interpret operational and performance data
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, patterns, variances and performance gaps
• Conduct root-cause analysis on factors affecting business/operational performance
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytical summaries for management
• Perform trend and variance analysis to support forecasting
• Support development and monitoring of performance measures and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, performance analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, trend/variance analysis, forecasting and pattern recognition
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SQL knowledge preferred
• Power BI experience or knowledge is a plus
• Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders
