About this role
ThoughtFocus is hiring an AI-BI Dashboard Developer in Bengaluru: a BI developer with 4+ years in Power BI, Sigma Computing, Tableau or similar tools, who uses AI tools such as Claude to speed up BI development.
Responsibilities
- Design and build BI dashboards and visualisations with a strong focus on user experience
- Build SQL, data models and semantic models behind the dashboards
- Use Claude or other AI tools to accelerate BI development
- Work with stakeholders on data governance in an Agile team
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Power BI, Sigma Computing, Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong SQL, data modelling and semantic modelling skills
- Expertise in dashboard design, visualisation and user experience
- Knowledge of data governance and stakeholder management
- Hands-on use of Claude or other AI tools to accelerate BI development
- Excellent communication and Agile working experience
- AI-driven dashboard development experience is a strong plus
